Venue: Athletic Bowl BURNHAM PARK, Baguio City
Time: Registration starts at 7:00am Game starts at 9:00am
Game Type: Speedball with Objective

Objective:
-Each team will have an objective to PROTECT and to CARRY OUT. First team to reach the objective wins

Details:
-Registration Fee of 4,800Php per team (400 Per Player)
-25 Teams can be accommodated (LIMITED)
-12 man team plus 1 reserve
-GUARANTEED 4 GAMES.
-single round robin for the 1st day per group then single knock out system for the championship
-Point system
-objective (BONUS point)
-game will run for 8mins, 2mins transition (standby teams should be staging)
-5 gallons of water will be provided per team
-FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. For reservation slot, kindly pay at least 50% of the total registration fee (NON REFUNDABLE)
- Deadline will be March 2, 2009
- food will be catered but not included from the registration
- Whole details will only be given to teams with half and full payment

Rules and regulation:
-knife, sharp objects, real guns, air guns and alike aside from airsoft are prohibited in the playing field during game day
-1 AEG and 1 PISTOL (1 magazine only for pistol) are allowed during the game. Strictly NO GAS POWERED AEG
-450fps at .02 bb’s is STRICTLY observed (A RANDOM CHRONO WILL BE DONE BEFORE/ AFTER THE GAME USING COMMITTEES’ MAGAZINE AND BB’S ). An automatic disqualification of the PLAYER/S will be done once he/she violates the rules (as stated at the card rules) and cannot continue with the whole event. NO WARNINGS for this penalty.
-Team leader should submit their team line up with 2x2 picture to the registration committee or send thru email address (smoothman_rlb@yahoo.com)
-NO DOUBLE PLAY / NO CHANGING of players once the final line up has been submitted to the registration committee
-TIME WILL BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED SINCE SCHEDULES HAS BEEN MADE. SCHEDULED TIME FOR TEAMS WILL BE POSTED FOR PROPER TIME MANGEMENT BEFORE THE START OF THE TOURNAMENT. ANY SORT OF TEAM DELAYS, GAME WILL BE FORFEITED or DEFAULT INCOMPLETE PLAYERS PER TEAMS DURING THE START OF THEIR GAME.
-RULES OF SUCCESION: while ongoing teams battle….the next schedule team should be standing by
-LIMITED AMMOS will be strictly enforced: NO BOX MAG OF ANY SORT

M4 hi cap magazine- (3 mags) for 300 magazine, (3 mags) 450 rounder magazine
Fal / g3/ g36 magazine- (2 mags) 500 rounder
Mp5 magazine – ( 6 mags) 200 rounder magazine
P90 hi cap – (3 mags) 300 rounder magazine
(Players can share/ leave their magazine to teammates when hit)
-when hit, proceed immediately to the safety zone

(THIS HAS BEEN DISCUSSED AND RULED OUT FOR A BETTER GAME PLAY, TEAM WORK AND EQUAL BATTLE)

- No radios, cellphones or other electronic communications allowed
- Hit players are to shout “HIT” and raise their whole arm otherwise they're still considered to be active and a threat
- Complaints or contest will only be entertained by the grievance
committee (3 HEAD MARSHALS) through the team leader “ONLY” instantly right after the round
of game. afterward, it's “NOT” anymore valid.
-a YELLOW BAND will be given to the team leader for committees’ identification.
- All need to know will be discussed through the team leader “ONLY”
- Team leaders are in-charge of disseminating all info given by the game committee,
- Marshal will not call hits to any player beyond 7 meters in diameter within his position
-Marshal will only call hits that he/she sees only to his/her 7 meter diameter
-MARSHALS DECISION IS FINAL!

*TIE BREAKING GAME has been made….but will be done after the scheduled elimination.
